Data we collect

Essential cookies

We use essential cookies that are necessary for the functioning of our website. These cookies do not require your consent as they are required to ensure the proper operation of the site.

Analytical data

To continually improve our website and business, we analyse our website traffic in the most privacy-friendly way possible. We value your privacy and process as little personal information as possible so we do not use cookies (outside the Contact page). We comply with GDPR, ePrivacy (including PECR), COPPA, and CCPA. Your IP address is only briefly processed, and we (Resistomap) have no way of identifying you. As per the CCPA, your personal information is de-identified. The lawful basis as per the GDPR is "Article 6(1)(f); where our legitimate interests are to improve our website and business continually." As per the explanation, no personal data is stored over time. You can read more about this on Fathom Analytics' website. (https://usefathom.com/legal/compliance)

Contact page form

On our contact page, we have an embedded form from Hubspot, which uses reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and abuse. This form uses cookies that may contain personal data. These cookies help us to process your form submission and link it to our sales system.

How we use your data

We use the personal data collected through the Hubspot form to respond to your inquiries and provide customer support. The anonymised analytical data helps us to improve our website and services.

Third-party services

We use Hubspot to manage our contact forms. Hubspot's use of your personal data is governed by their own privacy policies, which can be found on their website (https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy). We always choose third-party service providers that comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
